• UNODC-WCO Container Control Programme - Introduction Training for PCU ICD Kamalapur, Bangladesh where comprehension increased by 50% due to interpretation.

• Have rendered interpretation service in approximately 100 Law Enforcement related training programs known as Global Anti-Terrorism Assistance (GATA) funded by the U.S. Government (Department of State) attended by hundreds of Bangladesh Police, many Military and other Government as well as private sector Officials.
• Have provided interpretation service in approximately 50 training on Prosecution & Legal proceeding, Cyber Crime & Money Laundering topics organized by Department of Justice of the United States organized by U.S. Embassy-Dhaka
• Have worked as Project Manager for approximately 70 interpretation projects both in country and abroad.
• Have supported hiring and training of approximately 40 interpreters and supervised them during different interpretation projects.
• Have conducted all more than 50 training sessions all together (one-to-one English Language class for professional, small group ToT, Interpreters’ training).

Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion.
• Perform as primary project contact to establish and meet clients’ requirements and project objectives.

• Have assisted visa officer(s) in more than 500 Immigration interviews and approximately 100 site visits as interpreter and localization professional for different Immigration applications related background and employment verifications for Immigration, Refuge and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

Responsibilities:

• Providing Bengali<>English interpretation support to Visa Officer during interviews and site visits.
• Breaking the cultural & linguistic barrier between interviewee and interviewer.
• Making phone calls to gather information & confirm facts accordingly on behalf of the visa officer (if asked by concerned visa officer).
• Assist during site visit planning (if asked by concerned visa officer)

Responsibilities:

• Rendering Simultaneous Interpretation during Asia-Pacific Region Online Solution Dialogue (OSDs) on Infrastructure Asset Management in Zoom platform.
• Rendering Document Translation support when and if required.
• Provided Voice over Interpretation.

Main responsibilities:

• Rendered consecutive interpretation during JCI audit to ensure 100% comprehension of communication between auditor and hospital staff.

Major responsibilities:

• Conduct consecutive and/or simultaneous oral translation during meetings and ensure that interpretation is technically accurate and comprehension rate increased at least 80%.
• Ensure that translation of requested documents are consistent in terminology, syntax and style.

• Main duties for FAO:
• Provide oral Simultaneous Translation from Bengali into English and vice versa to technical advisors, project visitors and project personnel during training, workshops, meetings, field visits and research activities and ensuring 70% increased comprehension;
• Translate official letters/correspondence/documents from Bengali to English and vice versa;
• Assist in taking meeting minutes;
• Other duties performed as directed by supervisor :
• Provide admin, logistic and program support during field visits and events, as and when required.
• Assist in HR activities for other Translators’ recruitment.

• Major responsibilities :
• Translation and Interpretation to ensure non-English speakers' comprehension level is increased by at least 70 to 90% during International and national trainings, workshops, meetings and other events for organizations like U.S. Embassy-Dhaka, Canadian High Commission-Bangladesh, IFRC Bangladesh, 3F Denmark (Danish Trade Union), etc.
• Recruiting and train new translators.
