  • Implemented “Yearly Business Plan” and “Yearly Budget & Budgetary Control” in the company. It results in around 25% higher sales growth and at the same time it reduces expenses by around 8%.
  • Developed and implemented the company’s performance management system ensuring a correlation with its Core Values, role clarity, and goals at the individual, business unit, and corporate levels.
  • Deploying the right strategies, close monitoring, and executing effective plans, brought a sick project to its break-even within 4 months. Efficiency in the garment division went to 70% and more from 36% during the period.
  • Implementing different measures and business process optimization, helped the company to reduce non-value-added activities and wastage by around 4% which saves around USD. 3.5 million per year.
  • Successfully implemented ERP and different planning software and tools to optimize business operations. It brought improvements in operations, supply chain efficiency, and transparency system-wide.
  • Established different Policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) companywide to make it a system-driven organization.
  • Developed and implemented an unrelated diversification to diversify or minimize unsystematic risk and achieved break-even within around 3 years by developing marketing and operational strategies and monitoring.
