Prepare the Annual Report of the University to submit in UGC, BANBEIS and HEMIS as per their instruction.
Maintain personal files for all Faculty Members of the university.
Prepare the replies of all letters from UGC, MOEdu and any other offices and submit draft on time to the Registrar.
Maintain “Incoming and Outgoing Registrar” to record of all incoming and outgoing letter/correspondence of the University/ Registrar office.
Maintain personal files for all the faculty members of the university.
Maintain leave Register to record of all Faculty Members and Employees.
Maintain subject/issue wise correspondences/files in systematic way for proper identification.
Receive any requirement (Testimonial/Certificate/Migration etc.) or any complain from any student/guardian and help them in consultation with the Registrar.
Prepare appointment letter, experience letter and other documents needed to issue to the faculty members, other employees and students.
Maintain inventory of all items like furniture, stationary, electronic items etc. held in the office of the Registrar.
Keep close contact/liaison with faculty members and other offices of the University if needed for smooth functioning of registrar office activities.
Receive Hall/Room Form from inside/outside organization/person and maintain allotment with other record for documentation.
Any other duties assigned by the Registrar or any senior officer of the University.
