In Ericsson Bangladesh Limited, I’m responsible for driving delivery for different BSS transformation projects in Bangladesh . I have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BUET). Reporting to the Head of BSS Head, recruited to manage Telecom Projects for GrameenPhone Airtel, and Banglalink Network Oversee all IT functions including data center management, vendor relationships, technical support, application development, financial monitoring and disaster recovery planning.
Notable Accomplishments:
· To Provide Technical Support of CS 4.0 (Charging System) Nodes for Telecom Operators (Grameenphone, AirTel and TMIB till 2009) including: TSP-PSL/INS, TSP-CCN, SUN-SDP, SUN-AIR,SUNMC, MINSAT and VS (Voucher Server)
· CSR (Customer Support Request) handling of different priorities - Emergency, Hot, High, Medium & Low.
· To Provide Technical Support of CS 3.0 (Charging System) Nodes for Telecom Operators (Grameenphone, Warid Bangladesh and TMIB) including TSP-PSL/INS, TSP-CCN, SUN-SDP, SUN-AIR, SUNMC, MINSAT, VS (Voucher Server), AXE-SCP, HP-IVR
