Responsible for Women's Knitwear (Customer - NEXT)
- Controlling and Monitoring The Production Side
-Making decisions and solving production related Problems.
-Maintaining T&A strictly to meet the shipment date.
- Follow up on time booking for all material to in-house.
-LC & All Export Import Issues.
-Communication with all Peer team.
-Analyzing and making yearly business strategy and goal and work accordingly to bring new orders.
-Dealing with UK team independently.
-Introducing UK buyer to the new technique, innovation, and company product strength.
-Responsible for Women's Knitwear, Men's Swimwear, and Activewear
- Price quotation with suppliers, and also with buyers.
- Develop products with multiple factories to get competitive price.
-Secure the best product from development to production by reviewing the samples closely with
technical team (garment & fabric).
-Analyze the weekly reports phase-wise budget status, margin report, sampling lead time, sampling
hit rate, and delay report.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve target results.
Keep close communication with the Buying & Design team to increase the business level in
Bangladesh.
Product Development to Shipment
Costing - Preparing the cost sheet with competitive fabric and accessories prices and CM of the garments to offer the best cost to buyer.
Negotiating with trim suppliers.
Sample as well as Production follow up till shipment.
Making decisions and solving production related Problems. Maintaining T&A strictly to meet the shipment date.

Responsible for Men's, Kids & Women's Knitwear Customer - Lois (Denmark), Le Breve (UK), Sun City (France))
- Assisted in the development of operational strategies to ensure efficient and productive operations.
-Provided guidance and support to team members on daily tasks, projects, and objectives.
-Source new factories to provide price benefit to the company, as well as the buyer.
-Coordinated with other departments to ensure smooth flow of operations.
-Resolved problems with team members in an effective manner.
