  • Lead the HR department in managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management for 350 employees.
  • Also led the implementation of HRIS, improving HR process efficiency by 50%.
  • In Tech recruitment I have hired almost 45 tech people and time to fill ratio average 35-40 days. Same are Devops, Project Manager, Product Manager, LEMP Lead, Data Analytics, etc.
  • For operation and other departments, I have hired almost 100 positions here and here time to fill ratio average 30-45 days.

  • Recruitment: Carry out structured duties in respect to recruitment, drafting vacancy announcements for review, sorting and screening of CVs as per announced criteria, arranging interview, calling candidates etc
