  • Focal person of Health Programs (both Public and Mental Health) for the underprivileged communities of six districts in Bangladesh
  • Designing the intervention plan, implementation strategies, success indicators, conducting stakeholder meetings (if necessary), and preparing the budget for each research project
  • Preparing, drafting, and submitting Research proposal for IRB (ethical clearance) and Grant application
  • Developing the study design, methods (mixed-method), data collection tools; and determining the sample size
  • Recruiting research employees and trainees; conducting field visit during data collection; performing statistical analyses and interpreting the findings; writing whole report (baseline and endline, if applicable)
  • Preparing manuscript to disseminate to the donors and to publish the research in peer-reviewed journals
  • Till now, successfully completed 21 projects, contributing into intervention design, assessing the impact, and developing evidence-based policies to sustain the development in the communities
