Duties & Responsibilities

Recruitments:

  • Responsible for Expat recruitment and on boarding process as per BIDA requirements.
  • Responsible for end to end hiring from understanding requirements, identifying key skills and drafting job descriptions for each role.
  • Discussing & understanding the requirements with the concern project heads.
  • Handled all recruitment related activities independently Sourcing profiles, initial technical screening, interview scheduling, coordinating the candidates and interview panel at the time of interview, salary negotiations, documentation with candidates & candidate follow up.
  • Prepared reports in terms of hiring status, trending of cost per hire, conversion ratio, referral status, requirement status, etc.
  • Suggest compensation to potential candidate keeping in mind his education back ground experience and also peer parity with system.
  • Responsible for final round HR Interview.

Induction:

  • Once resource is on board, initiating and conducting on boarding formalities for new recruits.
  • Furnishing mail to all concern departments regarding new joiners on board.
  • Coordination with Network departments for new joiner's workstation and Email ID creation.
  • Organizing technical Induction program with all department heads.
    Issuing offer letters, appointment letters, ESI forms and giving them insight about HR Policies and Procedures followed by Organization, in brief.

Payroll and Leave Management:

  • Develop systems to process payroll account transactions (e.g. salaries, benefits, deductions, taxes and third party payments).
  • Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
  • Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations and changes to pay rates.
  • Manually monitoring leaves of all employees at different facilities.
  • Biometric inputs for weekly and monthly attendance reports.
  • Statutory Compliances like PF, Gratuity regularly within due dates.
  • Coordinating with accounts team for timely distribution of salary.
  • Calculating no of casual and sick leaves used by employees and calculating no of LOPs.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
  • Resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions.
  • Training & Development:
  • Directs needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance effectiveness of employee performance in achieving goals and objectives of company.
  • Delivering and overseeing training of individuals or groups of employees.
  • Liaising with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs.
  • Supervising and monitoring progress made via training programs or schemes.
  • Makes assessments of effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance.
  • Ensuring employees receive statutory required training.
  • Designing and assessing training programs.
  • Organizational Development:
  • Consults with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters. Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.

  • Processing the clearance for full and final settlement and coordinating with Accounts Department for full & final Settlement.
