Summary

I am a dedicated Finance professional with extensive experience providing comprehensive financial support across the NGO and development sector, strengthened by strong cross-cultural competencies. In my current role as Officer-Finance for ActionAid Bangladesh on a UN Women-supported project, I manage end-to-end financial operations, including accurate financial record-keeping, budget monitoring, fund requests processing, advance settlements, and expenditure liquidation. My foundation was built during seven years (2009-2016) as an Accountant for NJS Consultants on a JICA-funded project, where I ensured strict regulatory compliance, robust financial control, and transparent reporting. This expertise is further enriched by my professional tenure in New Zealand, which strengthened my multitasking abilities, adaptability, and a deep appreciation for diverse, multicultural environments. I am keen to leverage my proven experience in operational excellence and institutional compliance to contribute effectively to the Potential Organisation.
