· Assist in improving food security and livelihood for the affected host and local communities of Cox’s Bazar, helping them meet nutritional requirements in an environmentally sustainable manner and implement the “Livelihood” Activity of WFP Cox’s Bazar Resilience Program in Ramu Upazila/Sub-district.

· Facilitate training sessions on Climate-Adaptive Agriculture, Climate-Smart Agriculture (CSA), and Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), Post-Harvest Management & Value Chain Development to strengthen market linkages, Agricultural support to beneficiaries and ensure proper utilization.

· Training on Food Safety and Risk Assessment to improve food security and safety practices. Training on Modern Agricultural Technology and Natural Fertilizer application for improved productivity.

· Conduct training on Gender, Protection, Women Empowerment, and Safeguarding to foster inclusivity and resilience.

· Conduct a survey for beneficiary selection at the camp level. Conduct training for homestead vegetable gardeners and ensure agro-inputs reach the beneficiaries for successful implementation.

· Provide technical advice and follow up on vegetable cultivation and aquaculture. visiting the household regularly for effective project implementation.

· Ensure project related financial support to the beneficiaries under cash for work activities by maintaining proper documentation. Support to prepare the project report by ensuring project related data.

· Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

· Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.

· Preparing Beneficiary Database, Baseline survey for various projects, and relatively good beneficiary selection

· Formulating a rational budget for the related projects/activities. Providing training to the beneficiaries on related projects/activities. Monitoring the activities of the beneficiaries

· Monitoring the achievement of related projects/activities of the beneficiaries

· Homestead Gardening, Summer seasons Tomato Production, Rice seed production (Marisha model)

· Rearing of Turkeys by fly method, Raising Layer Chickens. Goat & Cow Rearing

· Activities on Fisheries cultivation.

• Develop plans for improving the efficiency of farming operations by using new technology and equipment, such as automated machinery and robotics

• Researching new technology applications in agriculture, such as nanotechnology and biotechnology. Monitoring water quality in agricultural ecosystems and developing plans to mitigate any damage from pollution

• Designing irrigation systems for farms, including identifying the source of water, selecting pumping equipment, and determining how water will be distributed

• Testing new technologies for use in agriculture such as automated machinery and robotics

• Identifying ways to increase crop yields through improved methods of cultivation or by using new technology such as genetically modified seeds

• Prepare detailed plant reports and submit them to the appropriate authority. Use machine power less than manpower to increase cultivation in the field
