Duties/Responsibilities
Analyze wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.
Consult legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with local and international labour law.
Develop and maintains a human resource system that meets to management information needs.
Recruits interview test and select employees to fill vacant positions.
Coordinate management training in interview hiring terminations, promotion performance review , safety and sexual harassment.
prepares budgets of human resource operations.
To established Local and BEPZA law among 82 Industries in Dhaka EPZ.
to gave every day report to head office .
Every day inspection to enterprises write a report to head office.
If any problem arise I solve it as per BEPZA instruction.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Outlook, MS Project
