- 1. Monitoring and Analysis raw materials inspection activities & receive quality full materials as per quality standard.
- 2. Feed quality development by monitoring and Analysis process quality control activities and release good quality feed as per quality standard.
- 3. Conduct proximate analysis, chemical tests and physical tests of raw materials and finished feeds on a regular basis, and/or as required.
- 4. Responsible for adulterants identification (Urea, NPN, Thiram, Leather meal, Feather Meal, Hoof & Horn, Chromium, Decomposition test, Rancidity, Plant protein in Animal protein) in raw materials by spot test or quick chemical test.
- 5. Responsible for prepare amino acid profile of different raw materials by NIR DS2500 by the help of online database service.
- 6. Inspection warehouse materials as per quality aspect and guidance to respective person about proper raw materials handling, avoiding contamination, proper staking, maintaining FIFO, warehouse condition etc.
- 7. Supervise and guidance of QC personnel for the better practices and implementation regarding ISO, HACCP activities. Train and develop QC team.
