a. Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
b. Publish job announcement, screening CV, arrangement of written test and physical or online interview, prepare and providing offer letter, receiving joining report, provide job description and prepare job contract and inform to payroll administrator and the custodian of personnel file as well.
c. Assuring all employees appointment letter, job contract, Job Description etc.
e. Prepare note sheet and related documentations regarding job rotation, job enlargement, job enhancement, job placement, employee promotions and terminations etc.
f. Planning and implementing pay structure revisions.
g. Take initiative to assess employee performance yearly and proposed for increment, enhancement and carrier progression as per company policy.
i. Monitor the renewal of office Rent Agreement (HO & others) after coordinating with nominated personnel.
k. Answering employees’ question and concerns regarding any matter related to HR & Administration.
l. Investigating and resolving any discrepancies made within the organization.
m. Prepare HR accounting report half yearly and yearly and submit to reporting point as per company policy.
n. Oversee all administrative tasks in the office compliance with Bay Group established policies and procedures.
o. Establish and maintain appropriate filing and information flow systems including filing of MOUs and vendor contracts.
p. Coordinating with the interdepartmental colleague’s to assure all activities are properly coordinated.
q. Keep excellent relationship with inside and outside stakeholders.
r. Keep close liaison with all the departments time to time.
s. Any other responsibilities assigned from time to time by the authority.
