Ensure on-time Bill submission to Customer end to confirm the Payment Collection. Daily/ monthly update of performance scorecard. Follow up with LC issuing Bank to ensure on-time Bank acceptance and payment on maturity. Ensure the contingency credit recovery plan and know how/when to put it in place.
Commercial Job: Follow-up customer for Back To Back LC & Sales Contract collection process. Once collected confirm the
Shipping Documents from the Commercial team to ensure the document is at the customer's end ASAP.
Other Core Strength: Work with the finance team to ensure the payment realization correctly. Ensure Customer visits for a smooth process from order received to value realization. Confirmation & generation of Sales convertible reports every day & information to Leaders of the Company weekly. Ensure Finance to prepare the Accounts Receivable & also meet & greet to confirm the Value appropriately calculated. Play to achieve the monthly goal set by the Leading Management of the company.
