- Ensure comprehensive data collection, validation, and continuous updating within the central HCMP MIS
- Design and prepare standardized data collection formats, provide in-depth training for enumerators, and generate regular, detailed reports
- Develop and periodically update Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) plans to track activity progress meticulously and share insightful findings with relevant stakeholders
- Offer extensive training on various data collection tools, formulate Terms of Reference (ToR) for assessments, and provide critical support during evaluations
- Maintain the Complaints and Feedback Response Mechanism (CFRM) database, efficiently address and resolve complaints, and actively gather feedback from the field to inform ongoing improvements
- Consistently report program updates to keep all parties informed, and share findings to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Engage in regular field visits and generate thorough monitoring reports
- This structured approach ensures that all activities are aligned with project goals and deliver maximum impact.
