o Innovative Spinner: First in Bangladesh to produce Lycra Core Yarn, Polyester Core Yarn, and Slub Yarn in ring spinning frames, and to spin fine cotton yarn (120 Ne).

o Developed New Educational Programs: Introduced the first 4-year B.Sc. in Textile Engineering syllabus and the first MBA in Apparel Merchandising in Bangladesh at Primeasia University.

o Significant Contributions to BUFT's Infrastructure: Secured advanced lab equipment, including winding, dyeing, and testing machinery worth over €55,000 for BUFT.

o Curriculum Development: Prepared B.Sc. Textile Engineering syllabi for multiple universities, including City University, Primeasia University, North South University, and DUET, as well as syllabi for Apparel Manufacturing & Merchandising and Fashion Design for German University, Bangladesh.
