Sound knowledge of HVAC controls (AHU’S, FAHU’S, Venturei Air Valves, FCU’S, VAV’S, CAV’S Chilled beams, Floor air-conditioning systems, Liebert units, Exhaust fans etc). Sound and vast experience of chiller controls and chiller interface, Fume hood controls, HEPA Filters, Lab pressurization controls. Sound knowledge & experience of field devices selection and sizing and maintenance (Temperature, pressure, humidity, flow transmitters, and two-way and 3-way control valves both ON/OFF & Modulating and damper actuators both ON/OFF & Modulating, DP switches, C02 Sensors etc.). Vast experience in operation and maintenance and installation & testing commissioning of the IBMS/CCTV/ACCESS CONTROLS/Fire alarm/ Systems/e-gates/Barrier gates /Lighting controls/AV/IT/crowd management.etc. Sound knowledge of Audiovisual systems and scoreboards. Sound knowledge of subsystem integration. Sound troubleshooting and analysis techniques of the system faults.
