· Manage the development and maintenance of Technology System, including MIS and Database (Taroworks and Salesforce) for SUEPP
· Contribute to the design and development of tools for knowledge generation of SUEPP activities in collaboration with the SUEPP team
· Data cleaning and analysis for surveys, IDI and FGDs
· Troubleshooting and problem solving as issues arise with tools and software
· Reviewing data generated from application and online platforms to identify quality assurance and operations issues
· Providing data insights to the Operations, Research, Service Integration and Senior Management Teams as necessary
· Provide training and feedback session for urban programs staff (including field and HO staff) regarding use of tools and technology applications utilised by the project.
· Management of staff regarding technology use and data collection/quality assurance and data integrity
· Contribute to data analysis and distribution of data finding for project operationalization in conjunction with other SUEPP team members
· Support the Research team to engage in research activities within urban programs pilots
· Update project database(s) according to SF needs
· Support Design teams (training) in monitoring and reporting using Salesforce
· Monitor and adapt Tech rollout during SUEPP Pilot.

Seafarer's Identity System Description

• This is a government project. This is a window application for enroll data & biometric information to delivery smart identity card to sailor.

• The project consists of nine modules. Captured fingerprints send to AFIS for cross check the data with others.

• After the successful verification from Approval, smart card printed and issue to applicant.

Responsibility:

• Worked with other users to gather business requirements. Create the project architecture, and planned accordingly.

• Wrote several queries to query the database and use them as a command object for designing the reports.

• Assembled with testing team to make them understand the business and data flow.

• Faced User Acceptance Test(UAT) and Modified the system according to request.

Card Cheque System

• Card Cheque system is banking software developed for Standard Chartered bank. This software collects data of customer who applied for cheque book, collect the information in excel and send that excel to vendor for cheque book printing. Another excel received from vendor and import the records in system and going forward.

Responsibility:

• Worked in UI design, required field validation, regular expression to implement.

• Developing the Code as per the requirements.

• Unit testing and integration testing of owning use cases.
