Responsibilities to all aspects of accounting function and maintain accounting records of the project in accordance with CWFD & USAID policies
Review all financial records according to CWFD, USAID and audit standards, including bank receipts, disbursement registers, invoices, bank vouchers, bank statements, petty cash vouchers
Reconcile bank statements each month
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual report, get it signed by appropriate authority and send it to Project Head Quarter in time
Analysis of expenditure level compared with budget as and when necessary
Maintain petty cash
Review Salary, local conveyance, travel expenses and per diem bills of the project staff
Maintain all kinds of purchase documents and get signed and approved by the authority
Ensure Timely deduction of Tax and deposited to Government treasury
Ensure purchases & Procurements have been processed following policy and compliances properly before payment
Prepare monthly payroll of the staff
Maintain Fixed Assets and Inventory registers and update regularly
Review personal files regularly and update, if necessary
Maintain store and stocks of different goods under project
Any other assignment given by the authority
