Hasan Ahmed Javed

I, Hasan Ahmed Javed was born on Feb 9, 1974 in Moulvibazar, Bangladesh, in a reputed Muslim (Sunni) family. I passed Masters in Management in the year of 1996 with second class from National University, Bangladesh. After the end of my study I started business and have been continuing successfully till to date. I always try to do something, which is creative and different. In the year 1996 I started Cable Operating Business. I am the pioneer Cable Operator in Moulvibazar District. Next year I engaged myself in Contractory Business. I am an enlisted 1st class contractor of Bangladesh government. Gradually I started Agro Based Business, Export-Import Business, Education Business (Computer Training

·center, English Language Learning Center). For few days I was a Distributor of City Cell in Moulvibazar District. It was a partnership business with Mr. Shawkat Hasan Khan.

.Iinvolved myself in sport and played in the 1st class domestic cricket and as well as Trained Qualified Coach and Umpire under Bangladesh Cricket Control Board. I am a member of Cricket Committee, Sylhet Division.

As I am doing business with various field, I maintain very good relation with the key business persons not only in Moulvibazar town but also all over the district. I think I am very much capable to run any kind of distributorship business by virtue of my sufficient capital base, enough familiarity with the business community, general people and adequate manpower.

Al-Haj Abdul Monir, my father was an ex-comm1ss1oner of Moulvibazar municipality as well as an enlisted 1st class contractor of Moulvibazar. He is a renowned Farmer, Land Lord and is running our family farmhouse at Gondhabpur, Bahar Mordan. He is the founder chairman of Jaigunnessa Girls High School at Gondhabpur, Bahar Mordan, where he has donated a large piece of land on which the school has been established after my grandmother late Jaigunnessa Begum. It is now a government enlisted school.

I am also pleased to say that my father is the founder of Abdul Gorri Ebtadayee Madrasa at Baurgharia, which starts from class one to class five. Here students get to study free of cost. It is totally run by my family members and it is a family trust. My mother Late Jahirunnesa Begum comes from a respectful and renowned Muslim family of Bahar Mordan, Moulvibazar.

I am the youngest amongst my five brothers and two sisters. My eldest brother Lais Ahmed lives in the USA with his family and doing a job. My second eldest brother, Kashem Ahmed lives in Moulvibazar. He is the owner of "Green Hill International School", which is the only English Medium School in Moulvibazar district. He has also a fast food Shop called "Spring Comer" at the heart of Moulvibazar. After him is Kalam Ahmed settled in the UK with his family and running successfully his own restaurant business. Lastly is Khayer Ahmed, settled in Italy with his family and runs his own business too.

All my family members are well established in their own spectrum. Though some are living abroad I am proud to say that we are still a joint family and live together at 26, Kalimabad, Moulvibazar.
