Supporting apparel and footwear retailers like Ralph Lauren, Primark, ASOS, Centric Brands, River Island, etc. in transit packaging through,

• Determining the right size of carton based on used container size, pallet sizes, and display in stores.
• Day-to-day packaging compliance checking through different web platforms like Tradelink, Adjuno, GT Nexus, etc.
• Ensure the highest possible utilization at warehouse pallet and intermodal transportation with keeping finished product quality up as the client required.
• Supplier performance reporting (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually). Take plan of action for continuous improvement.
• Ensuring continuous quality checks of corrugated materials and poly and ensure all materials used are recyclables.
• Change implementation and supplier's training (physically and webinar)

Also working with individual packaging suppliers,

• economic sourcing; quality management, demand planning; emergency support; inventory management; product life cycle.

Day to communication with Shenzhen Control Tower (Packaging Design Center), UK design center and US sales team.

Finding potential opportunities for establishing synthetic textile mills and waste effluent treatment plants to produce energy.

For Textile,

• Import costing for used textile machinery from an existing plant in Fujian, China
• Licensing and banking work to do local business.
• Arranging local partners for establishing business

For WTE (Waste to Energy) – JV with Grand Blue & C&G,

• Coordination with Dhaka South City Corporation
• Arranged visits to WTE plants in Thailand, China, and Singapore for Govt. authorities

Worked with local footwear retail, shoe outsole making (JV with a Taiwanese company), and leather manufacturing (JV with a Taiwanese company) accordingly.

Manage

• export-import procedure under UCP 600 and central bank regulation
• C&F and documentation to clear goods (both seaport and EPZ customs)
• Local and international sources for capital machinery and raw materials, negotiation, contract awarding, supplier performance analysis, etc.
• Liaise with NBR (National Board of Revenue), BIDA (Bangladesh Investment Development Authority), Customs, and Banks (Private and Govt.) for smooth business operations.
• Project profiling for local and international loans, exporters’ credit, and special green project funds from the central bank.
• Raw materials inventory (considering safety stock & market crisis forecast), logistics loading and unloading procedure development.
