Project: Re-engineering Hospital MIS across Two Hospitals and Eleven Diagnostic Centers through Strategic Planning

• Led the requirement study, system analysis, and redesign of the existing Hospital MIS system to enhance interoperability and performance.
• Directed the IT & MIS team in developing and maintaining IT infrastructure and executing strategic IT plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Supervised daily operations and maintenance of call centers, CCTV, PABX, network servers, and hardware systems.
• Identified IT system bottlenecks, implemented strategic solutions, and improved operational uptime and service quality.
• Managed procurement processes and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective technology sourcing.
