- Visit yarn mills for a quality process flow review.
- Support marketing team & SCM to develop new yarns and selecting correct mills and yarn specifications.
- Support the Q Design and R&D team to develop new yarns and seasonal trend swatches collection for showcasing to customers.
- Liaise with supplier and customers (local/overseas) during development any technical points on yarns into product.
- Attend a meeting with the customer/supplier representative and the external audit team as per business demand.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to all compliance requirements followed by team members.
- Ensure workplace safety is maintained at all times among the teams.
- Monitor team member’s attendance, performance and yearly appraisal.
- Arrange coaching and symposium to improve the team members skills.
