I have been promoted from Invigilator to Chief Invigilator in recognition of my diligent work and performance. This advancement has significantly increased my responsibilities. I am now tasked with providing precise instructions to candidates, meticulously auditing all question papers and answer sheets, and exercising greater caution than before. As the saying goes, "With great power comes great responsibility." In my new role, I am also responsible for guiding the team of invigilators. This includes organizing and assigning question and answer sheets based on their designated sections.

• Collaborated with fellow invigilators to maintain a high standard of professionalism throughout the examination process.

In this role at Field Nation, I supported the technician network by recruiting, vetting, onboarding, and engaging technicians in the marketplace. As part of the Bangladesh team, I focused on connecting clients with skilled technicians, contributing to the strategy of curating engaged networks by skill categories.

Responsibilities:

1. Connect with technicians regarding vetting, skillset verification, and work opportunities on the Field Nation platform

2. Work on specific recruitment campaigns by sourcing potential technician candidates and influencing them to find work on the Field Nation platform

3. Partner with internal stakeholders in support of recruitment efforts, initiatives, feedback and technician availability

4. Support new technicians during sign up enabling improved adoption of the Field Nation platform

5. Coach technicians in the best practice use of the Field Nation product and mobile app

6. Create communication templates for recruitment, project support and engagement campaigns

7. Connect & follow up with technicians during onboarding, recruitment, and/or client project support to improve talent acquisition, confirmation, and adoption rates.

The responsibilities of being an invigilator in an IELTS exam are paramount to ensuring the integrity and fairness of the testing process. From the moment candidates enter the examination room until they submit their papers, we must maintain a vigilant presence. My duties included verifying the identity of candidates, enforcing exam regulations, monitoring for any irregularities or cheating, and ensuring that the exam proceeds smoothly and without disruptions. Ultimately, I needed to play a crucial role in upholding the standards of the IELTS exam and safeguarding the credibility of its results.

• Facilitated smooth transitions between exam sections by announcing time remaining updates periodically throughout each session.
• Distributed examination materials efficiently to students while maintaining strict adherence to time schedules.

• It's an EdTech Company who provides online courses to the students of K-12 on various topics like public speaking, interpersonal skills and logical as well as critical thinking skills and so on
• Over there, I used to make calls to the potential clients and schedule a demo class for them with professional instructors whom I used to search from many different platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, facebook etc
• Monitoring the live demo class, I had to observe the students where they are legging behind or where their weaknesses are or in which they have strengths
• After the class ended, I used to take over the session with the students as well as their parents to discuss their children's performance and to close the deal by convincing them to enroll the customized courses with us
• After finalizing the payment, I needed to allocate specific instructors to take the class according to the students' availability
• Thereafter, if any students had any concern or issue related to any curriculum or the instructor, I was there to listen to them and provide solutions accordingly.

• Finding vulnerabilities of websites with penetration testing tools
• Hand-on practice of Kali Linux, Nmap, Bruce Force, DDoS, SQL injection, XSS, CSRF, Metasploit, Burp Suite and so on
