P4 - Head of Unit (Supply Chain Management)

• End-to-end procurement of goods, services, and contracts in support of programme and operational needs.
• Local Food Procurement from sourcing and contracting of fortified biscuits, vegetable oil, rice, and pulses through local markets to support national supply chains including market linkage with smallholder farmers.
• Rice Fortification – management of local fortification initiatives to ensure nutritional quality and compliance with standards.
