Kazi Abdul Quader

retired from Agrani Bank PLC as Deputy General Manager. I joined Agrani Bank in 1986 as an officer.

1. During my 34 years of service, I fulfilled the responsibilities of Branch Manager for the past 13 years. During my managerial tenure, I achieved various targeted business goals.

2. I also served as Divisional Head, playing a significant role in the development of human resources within the organization and contributing to the formulation of various policies.

3. I have worked as an examiner for the Banking Diploma examination.

4. I provided training lectures on accounting and other subjects at Agrani Bank training institutes. I possess knowledge of IT subjects and have experience with Word and Excel.

5. I have received training in lending risk analysis, successfully analyzing lending risks and distributing loans worth millions without incurring any losses.
