• Professional Experience: Over 3 decades in corporate business, development sector (both domestic and international), and money & capital markets.
• Leadership: Successfully led the country program of an INGO for 19 years, starting from scratch, and transforming it into the most successful program with a sustained impact on poor communities. Strategic Planning: Developed and implemented developing country strategies and 5-year plans, securing approval and funding for long-term programs from the NGO regulatory agency in Bangladesh.
• Rural Women Community-owned Enterprise Development: Conceived, piloted, and scaled up innovative Social Enterprise Development initiatives that have been running profitably for the last 14 months
• Innovative Approaches: Conceived original models for the socio-economic empowerment of rural women, alternative access to finance for the poor, and customized interventions for grassroots institution development.
• Scaling Success: Piloted and scaled up various successful approaches and models for poverty alleviation.

• Finance Management: Secured USA H1B job through competitive international recruitment process as a 1st full-time Director of Finance & development. Established and managed the finance department of that Boston-based nonprofit.
• Business Development: Led a multinational joint venture export-oriented company, winning the National Export Trophy in its second year of operation.
• Business Management: oversees every facet of production with strong project management and decision-making skills. Brings comprehensive knowledge of commercial production, sales & marketing, planning, and technical operations. Skilled at coordinating production plans and personnel resources to complete work under tight deadlines.
