Job Overview:The Computer Operator will be responsible for monitoring and managing computer systems and networks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the company's IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor Computer Systems: Regularly check computer systems, servers, and network performance, identifying and resolving any issues promptly.
- Data Management: Perform data backups and recovery operations, ensuring data integrity and security.
- System Maintenance: Schedule and execute routine maintenance tasks, including software updates, patches, and hardware upgrades.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate IT personnel.
- Operational Support: Provide technical support to users, responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to computer systems and applications.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of system performance, incidents, and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Previous experience as a Computer Operator or in a similar role is advantageous.
