- Maintain Joining & Separation tracker & report.
- Prepare question paper for written interview & coordinate as well.
- Maintain candidate profile and interview assessment form.
- Maintain a new joining top sheet report.
- Maintain an upcoming joining tracker.
- Prepare Pre - Joining Announcement
- Declining mail to the rejected incumbents.
- Prepare ID Card.
- Prepare bank forms for new joiners.
- Prepare Internship Certificate & Internship Acceptance Letter.
- Requisition for E-mail, laptop & setting arrangement for new joiners.
Employee Engagement:
- Maintaining monthly calendar for employee engagement program
- Preparing and maintaining Birthday Tracker & birthday mail
- Coordinating monthly birthday program
Training & Development:
- Communicating with trainees and trainers
- Arranging interview sessions and venue
- Coordinating interview sessions
- Preparing training evaluation form.
