For example, North End Coffee Roasters stands out for its premium brand image, consistent product quality, and minimalist design. Their pricing is slightly higher, but customers stay loyal because of their ambiance, free Wi-Fi, and the “third space” environment they’ve created for students and professionals.
In contrast, I’ve also visited cafés like Nerdy Bean Coffee Haus, which offers a more affordable, cozy vibe targeted at students and young adults. Their strategy is built around community—book corners, board games, and flexible seating make it feel more like a “hangout” spot than a traditional café.
