  • Set static and satellite clinic-specific goals, for each indicators of ESP
  • Conduct monthly staff meetings along with all the staff and review performance against set objective

  • Ensure the quality data generated from the clinic level
  • Maintain list of referral centers and ensure follow-up of referral customers
  • Ensure that all service delivery points have equipment in good condition as per guideline
  • Ensure that all service delivery points maintain and provide quality services to customers
  • Apply for area allocation /satellite clinic spots from local GOB officials and recommendation from district Technical Committee for setting-up clinics
  • Ensure MIS data are accurate and data is routinely analyzed and used in management decision making
  • Ensure that satellite Clinic Supports Groups are formed as per guideline and meetings are held Identity catchments area of the clinic using a area map
  • Ensure adequate financial control, proper governing and monitoring to the expenditure of funds as per guideline
  • Operate project bank accounts jointly with any other designated person as per NHSDP guideline
  • Ensure that petty cash in maintained as per guideline
  • Represent project in the monthly Family Planning Committee meetings at different GOB and NGO levels and update them on project activities
  • Coordinate with NHSDP levels and update them on project activities
  • Extend co-operation to NIPHP partners as advised by NHSDP
  • Ensure that each staff has job description, and conduct periodic staff performance appraisal
  • Arrange training of staff in coordination with project Director and as per budget provision
  • Ensure Service Promoter (SP) conducts health education sessions for the waiting customers
  • Work with service Promoter to develop and implement a BCC marketing strategy and plan for each service delivery points
  • Conduct community institutions, groups, and satellite clinic house owners to promote ESP

  • Ensure payments are made after fulfilling of all the required formalities
  • Ensure safe custody of the cash in hand and checkbooks of the NGO
  • Reimburse travel expenses and per diem bills to the project staff
  • Collect and reconcile bank statements as and when required
  • Ensure the each and every staff duly sign salary and benefit register and honoraria sheet
  • Must oblige by MCP, TIAHRT and Helms Amendment and maintain it strictly
  • Maintain & update all accounts related books and documents such as cashbook, bank book/check issue register, ledger, subsidiary ledger and other financial documentation associate with sound financial management
  • Prepare all kind of financial reports to donors (Trial balance, Receipt & payment account, budget and expenditure statement, cash and expenditure status, cash recap by bank account, bank reconciliation statement etc.)
  • Checking and verifying the bills/invoices as per policy and process for payment
  • Prepare, update and preserve financial related information, files, documentation & database for financial management
  • Closely monitor budget with day to day actual expenditure as per program need
  • Maintain all kinds of registers such as stock book, inventory register, leave register, movement register, vendor register, petty cash register, advance register and cheque register etc
  • Assist to prepare different agreement with landlord, vendors and others parties
  • Prepare and review the monthly payroll of staff and transfer to the specific bank account
  • Assist internal & external audit & give feedback against observation
  • Maintain and update employee’s personal confidential files
  • Maintain & preserve all administrative file & documents
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly variance and financial report on project budget with donor prescribed format and timeline
  • Ensure timely processing of payments for suppliers, partners, staff and volunteer, vendor and supplier with the compliance of organization’s finance and procurement policy and proper following of tax and vat regulation
  • Deduct VAT/TAX from the vendors and suppliers at prescribed latest rate of NBR and submit them to Govt
