Core responsibilities-

• 1. Monitor the sample fabric making process, ensuring timely delivery and quality per buyer's requirements.
• 2. Collaborate with buyers to prepare proposed Technical Description (TED) for product development.
• 3. Fabric performance test analysis and ensure all required physical & analytical lab test to be carried out.
• 4. Evaluate in-house test reports and arrange third-party testing.
• 5. Liaise with UK, Hong Kong, China, India buying office to secure yearly lab test, maintaining standards.
• 6. Liable for shade analysis & verify the desired quality of material.
• 7. Develop Process Schemes and disseminate them to the production team for implementation.
• 8. Analyze process to eliminate development challenges.
• 9. Prepare Bill of Material (BOM), Defect Per Meter (DPM) analysis.
• 10. Test Status Summary, FMEA, CAPA, and update customer.

MTO – Chemical R&D (Processing & Quality)

• Core responsibilities-
• 1. Oversee R&D, Raw Material Testing (RMT), and all relevant testing procedures for incoming dyes, chemicals, and auxiliaries.
• 2. Drive Product Development initiatives and conduct thorough risk assessments.
• 3. Coordinate Bulk Trials and Third-Party testing.
• 4. Manage chemical compounds and substances to meet RSL, MRSL, ZDHC standards, catering to esteemed customers like IKEA, H&M, M&S, Inditex, Walmart, C&A etc.
• 5. Collaborate with the Processing department to troubleshoot and resolve production challenges efficiently.
• 6. Perform a variety of tests on textiles and chemicals to verify quality and safety.
• 7. Uphold quality and social compliance standards by implementing effective chemical management practices across all relevant departments.

• Core responsibilities-
• 1. Responsible for IKEA Product Development activities.
• 2. Analyze process to eliminate development challenges.
• 3. Review IKEA specifications & implementation of relevant part.
• 4. Arrange Zero Series Inspection, Red Sticker Sample, FMEA, GCC & First Delivery Inspection.
• 5. Responsible for accessories & packaging inspection (IOS-P-0010).
