- Led and managed GP’s Transport Operations across the country through 400 own vehicles, 150 rented vehicles and 630 Outsourced Drivers

- Revamped TMS (Transport Management System) mobile app for internal Transport Users

- Introduced e-Book on Transport Maintenance and Operation for GP users

- Settled 50% of years long pending Outsourced Staffs (both Drivers and Assistant category) litigations against GP amicably (approx. the no. of litigations was 1200+)

- Brought down entire Transport related OPEX (both operations & vehicle maintenance) by 40% in comparison to that of 2013 trend

- Established single vehicle maintenance vendor-based operation instead of 23 independent maintenance workshops across Bangladesh

- Improvised vehicle Dispose-off process and disposed-off 120 GP old vehicles within 03 years

- 50 brand new operational vehicles on-boarded into Transport pool

- Ensured seamless Pick-drop services for 1200 employees of GP daily along with 24/7 Transport services for all required areas across GP

v Increased NPS on Transport services from 45 to 64.5 (by end of 2017)

- Increased EES (Employee Engagement Survey) score from 69 to 83 (by end of 2017)

- Overall IR Management (related to 1200+ Outsourced Staffs Related operations)

- Plan, design and implement GPWAY (renovating offices under GPWay concept) in the regions

- Ensure all outsourced staff operation (driver, assistants, loader, technicians, etc) through the respective vendor companies

- Ensure smooth and uninterrupted Transport Operations across the organization

- Develop app (TMS- Transport Mgt System) for employees to avail transport services for day-to-day transport services

- Review continuously to develop and bring relevant changes in overall Transport Operations ensuring both customer centricity & efficiency

- Simplify processes and create a user-friendly Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for all areas of Transport

- Develop alternative sustainable transport fleet operation and management

- Ensure highest level of safety for all transport related operations across the organization

- Continuous monitoring and planning to meet OE (Operational Efficiency) target for entire Transport Operations including the vehicle maintenance

- Design and ensure digital record keeping of all Transport operations and maintenance related data/information in-coordination with IT functions

- Plan and control CAPEX and OPEX for the entire operations
