•Infrastructure Repair Assistance: Necessary assistance has been provided for short-term repairs of all grinding mills, clinker silo, and cement silo, RCC pavement, Road/drainage, packing plants and all related structures.
•Survey work: Checking the settlement level of all mill structures on a monthly basis and submitting reports.
•Analyzes drawings of all maintenance/repair work and, if necessary, prepares structural and
architectural drawings and calculates their potential cost, prepares a budget and approves notes.

•Quality Assurance Leadership: Manage and enforce quality assurance processes in strict adherence to Bangladeshi construction regulations, ensuring compliance and high standards throughout all project phases.

• Comprehensive Inspection Supervision: Conduct thorough inspections and quality control tests throughout site preparation and construction activities that meet specified requirements.
