5. Positions of Responsibility: During my last 31 years of commissioned service, I have been performing various event management: a. Head of logistic department. b. Leader of a team of approximately 150 Logisticians. c. Recruitment, human resources management and education for the department. d. Coordination and management of the contracts and activities of the outsourcing companies responsible for the providing provisioning to Navy fleet. e. Captain of Navy Squash, Volley ball, Football, sailing and hand ball team. f. Organized fixtures, Co-ordinate and train the players and also arrange social events. g. Senior Audit Officer. 6. Organisational skills and competences: I have been trained home and abroad with excellent achievements and retired as a military leader of strategic label. Throughout my carrier I have successfully negotiated versatile challenges being totally flexible but absolutely firm to achieve the desire goal. Over the years I subject myself to learn and subsequently propagate the knowledge to the under command to achieve the goal. I have worked also Under the banner of United Nations in multinational environment. I was employed in UN Mission under the supervision of United Nations operation in Mozambique (ONUMOZ) as MOVCON 2IC and United Nations Assistant Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) as Military advisor. I am a disciplined follower while under someone else's command and am a passionate leader while exercising my own command equally at my professional arena and at my family life. As Such, I have been always blessed with success where ever I have stepped in. The professional career and sound academic background helped me to excel in the management of complex multi-dimensional works, within the frame work of strategic management, human resource development and risk management arena. 7. Working under pressure is my superpower and I believe wasting time for perfection is a weakness. 10. I have many years’ experience in both management and development including over 25 years experience managing the development of improvement proposals through measurement and analysis of current processes and data as well as developing, and implementing automated key performance indicators to facilitate daily, weekly, monthly and yearly provision requirements to Bangladesh navy. 11. Other skills: Possesses excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills and the ability to develop and maintain mutually beneficial internal and external relationships. Enjoys being part of, as well as managing, motivating and training, a successful and productive team, and thrives in highly pressurized and challenging working environments. Planning and organizing a highly successful launch programmed and driving the business forward. Providing management and support to up to 2000 members of staff and motivating them towards the achievement of optimum service delivery standards to facilitate customer satisfaction and maximum revenue generation. Developing and implementing new billing and forecasting systems which significantly improve overall efficiency. 12. Computer skills and competences: I am fully computer literate in the latest versions of Excel, Outlook, Power Point, and Word with a typing speed of 50 wpm. 13. Learnt how to listen to the needs of others and provide support through my involvement. Gained insight into how teams can develop strategies to deal with problems through participating as a team member in project assignments as part of my course. 14. Experience in Games: I am a talented right-hand squash player. I claimed, I am unarguably the best squash player in Bangladesh master series. As a player, I am accurate, consistent, and enthusiastic and my aggression and a wide range of strokes and passion are the keys to winning. Even more importantly, I am self-belief an excellent temperament, unflustered by the big occasion and ready to do battle against the opponent.
