• Managing daily accounting and banking activities
• Managing Account Payables/Receivables and performing vendor reconciliations on monthly basis
• Preparing Budget, revenue & expenses planning and reconciliation statements
• Verifying vendor invoices for rates, payment terms against purchase order and contracts

• Keeping accurate records for all daily transactions
• Processing invoices and track bank deposits and payments
• Reconciling bank statements
• Inventory management

• Promoting Call Money Software for bank and financial institutions
• Managing client enquiries through proper information
• Liaising with top managements of banks and financial institutions
• Coordinating with Money Traders for initial training
