I worked as a “Nursery Manager” in the Nursery Program of BRAC, the largest organization in Bangladesh. There are 15 BRAC Nurseries across the country, and among them I served as the Nursery Manager of the Manikganj and Chattogram (Halishahar) nurseries.

During my tenure, I founded Two Nurseries (Bahadderhat & Mirsharai Economic Zone Nursery) under Chattogram (Halishahar) Nursery of BRAC Nursery Enterprise.

Successfully implemented numerous landscaping and plantation projects, including the Bhandaljhuri Water Treatment Plant (WTP) of Chattogram WASA, the KEPZ (Korean EPZ) Pump Stations located in Karnaphuli Upazila and Patiya Pump Station Landscaping at Patiya Upazila, the Baywatch Five-Star Army Resort of the Bangladesh Army located at Inani, Cox’s Bazar. Four units of the UNIVOGUE Group in Chattogram EPZ, plantation projects in 13 companies at Kenpark & Regency (Hidaramani Bangladesh), landscaping works at Marico Bangladesh in Mirsharai Economic Zone, and the head office of Mobil (MJL) Bangladesh.

In addition, I successfully completed numerous rooftop gardens, commercial gardens, and tree plantation projects. Managed daily operations, ensured sales target achievement.

• I worked here as Deputy Manager of Landscape Unit at Green Savers. During my tenure, i execute numerous landscape projects such as Field Improvement and Lawn Installation Project at American Center of US Embassy, Ollyo Landscaping project at Khilkhet, Dhaka, Kindred Cafe & Bakery at Banani, Dhaka and many more.

- Tracked records, filed documents and maintained communication between clients to manage office activities of ENA, NRM & Green Courses includes 220 Hours in a month.

• Evaluated operational practices and identified improvement opportunities to develop revisions for systems and procedures.
