• Onboarding new suppliers and providing training to the production units on C&A code of conduct and expectation towards sustainability programs.

• Conducted audits based on Code of Conduct in the production units and upstream suppliers e.g. washing units and fabric mills in order to achieve company goal and commitment towards sustainability standards.
• Explain company expectation and provide guidance to suppliers and production units on Social, Environmental and Health & Safety standards whenever rooms for improvements are identified.
• Prepare and explain corrective action plans for suppliers and production units.
• Aware of relevant law updates and industry trends to contribute capacity building and drive towards leadership in the industry.

• Conduct audits for Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS), Organic Content Standard (OCS), Global Recycle Standard (GRS), Recycled Claim Standard (RCS), Responsible Down Standard (RDS), FSC COC (FSC Standard for Chain of Custody Certification) and Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI).
• Assessing traceability and chain of custody operational system of organization, social compliance requirements as per local law & ILO, health & safety requirements as per national and local regulation / legislation, environmental practices as per national and local regulation / legislation, use of hazardous and prohibited substances on wet processing facilities
• Training, monitoring and assessing qualification of auditors on auditing capability
• Providing training to external organizations on different standard scope and requirements.

• Planned audits and audit activities to allocate necessary resources and determine consistency of plans with audit objectives as per ISO19011.
