Responsibilities And Tasks

  • Sales & Distribution, Attain Area sales Target by ensuring proper distribution of products in all distributors and agent points., Manage the operation of the assigned distribution house and ensure optimum stock availability at all agent points., Visiting coverage area to ensure to all necessary support to agents and also visit the new area to hunting new agent point., Ensure all card & score card implementation & monitoring all distributor houses.
  • Planning, Develop right distribution set up to optimize availability of Products in all area., Prepare distributors and agents actively implementation plan (yearly –quarterly-monthly-daily) in order to gain maximum trade push and provide best customer experience., Support to existing distributors & collect the prospective distributors profile from the assigned area., Develop right spread of sub agent points in assigned area, Find out the prospective & potential agent & sub agent entrepreneurs in his assigned area
  • Visibility & Trade Marketing, Ensure visibility in all agents/channels intermediaries through execution and monitoring of POSM, permanent & semi permanent Merchandising item., Branding at in & out –shop side of the shop., Explore & execution of LSM, Mela, customer interaction & various types demand generation activities.
  • Leadership, Manage full coverage of the assigned area align with distribution structure (sales Mgr-distributor-DSR/TMM-Agent), Lead the area team by setting right direction, focus & priorities to drive & achieve business goal., Lead & motivate all channel partners and their field force to strongly promote DBBLAB products & induce push sales &ensure smooth operation of agent banking, Manage full coverage of the assigned area align with agent banking coverage issue
  • Development, Develop & manage the operation of agent and distribution channels according to DBBLAB suggested guidelines., Ensure the each distributor ROI month by month & develop long term business relationship with key channel partners., Ensure proper development of sub agent points regarding daily operations.
  • Business Partner profile collection, Collect business profiles of super-agent & sub agent for agent banking respectively, Primary selection of the partners considering their business expertise & experiences, Primary visit of the partners location, resources, manpower’s etc, Arrange initial interview with Higher Authority for selecting the super-agent/ Sub agent of the particular area.
  • Risk Management, To manage / control risks in connection to Agent Banking services at District level., Ensure that KYC at any level of authority are completed, correct and consistent with banks established policies and procedures comply regulations and meet the criteria., Prepare and submit all required information and reports as directed from time to time by the higher management., Ensure the messages and KYC are promptly communicated to the higher management., To control and manage operational risks on transaction processing., To ensure compliance with internal and external requirements., To provide quality in service delivery.
