undefinedI've been awarded the 'Best Employee Award' this year by Ghore Kora(fastfood shop). I've successfully managed to increase the sale through my communication skills with customers and ensured timely delivery of food through proper management skills. I am proficient in using Microsoft Office as well
Cooking is my favorite pastime. It's a great way to explore my culture by cooking cuisines. Cooking has been a pleasure for me since the age of sixteen. Cooking relieves my loneliness and stress especially during the early lockdown relating to the Covid-19 pandemic. There is a great pleasure in creating a dish whether it's from a recipe, or from whatever you happen to have on hand. The mouth watering Aloo potol, Biryani, Tangra Macher jhol; are my top three recipes, and they never go out of date .
Cooking is an art for me because there's a lot of subjectivity involved. I love to add mustard oil and salt on washed pointed gours and let them crackle. I take pride in the food I have prepared. It's a combination of creative activity and learned skills.
When I'm depleted, I make pasta. I often make it with cheese sauce, mixing it in warm pot with heat turned off. Then I add broccoli during last few minutes of cooking . It always tastes divine.
As a student, I believe that my strengths and passions are represented in dishes when I make or create food. But really, cooking and pleasure go hand in hand for me, and it's what I come to do most for fun.
