5. Maintain the all SOP system of our factory.

6. Maintain the compliance & 5S system in the floor.

7. Save the target based on efficiency on MP, WIP, learning cap & capacity.

8. Ensure line balancing as per layout.

9. Follow-up from cutting to shipment ensuring.

10. Follow-up & ensure the production as per capacity.

11. Ensure the 100% quality as per buyer requirement.

12. Ensure optimum utilization of man & machine.

13. Ensure effective communication with supply chain team for increasing productivity.
