1. Joined as Team member in Sales Dept, Development Team. Responsibility:

* Receive Tech pack from buyer. Study and analysis the design, BOM, Spec.

* Send Tech pack review report to brand's development team with any technical suggestion to make the process production friendly after discussing with factory technical and pattern team.

* Arrange sample making Raw materials for proto sampling.

* Look after sample development process and note down the complicated issues if anything to review with brand.

* Sample quality review while running production.

* Consumption making for costing and to book materials for bulk production.

* Purchasing fabrics and accessories for bulk production.

* Bulk RM shipment tracking and follow up.

2. Bulk production follow up:

* Used to follow up SMS & Bulk production in both own factory and subcontract factory.

* Review and approve Fabrics and Trims card for production.

* Conduct PP meeting

* First production review to ensure the construction and correct RM using following BOM.

* Production plan follow up.

* Update final PO quantity and assort to the planning team.

* Booking the production capacity with factory following the brand forecast and confirmed order.

3. Quality follow up:

* Settle quality matters with Brand.

* Make the Quality standard summary for the production floor and QC.

* Accompany buyer QA while in line inspection.

3. Shipment follow up:

* Prepare the proper documents for buyer QA representative for final inspection.

* Look after packing pass quantity following the assort to fill up shipment quantity.

* Assist documents team to prepare the shipment documents.

* Ensure on time shipment .

4. Team supervision:

* Within the 2 years of working period needed to look after the team.

* Development, production, purchase and export team needed to supervise.
