I would like to give a brief description about myself. I am experienced in local companies and also multinational shipping companies working for shipping & global logistics management, client finance management, freight control finance accounts receivables & working capital management, revenue management, credit control and customer service operations. I am also experienced in offering international freight forwarding services for shipment of export, import and port customs clearance. I had experience in working in a global team of SAP implementation as a Super User of Accounts Receivable functions, and I trained all end users for new system along with counseling for change management and also did some office management functions as a support role to Administration department. I am very adaptive and positive towards learning fast and able to accommodate new sets of workloads, flexible about working hours and happy to carry out any additional assigned jobs.
I am also experienced in extensive overseas email and messenger and phone communication as I had to communicate everyday for shipping logistics functions. I believe I would be able to communicate effectively with all concerned parties as I have good interpersonal skills and excellent spoken and written communication skills with extensive internet usage experience and I am almost 24/7 online in instant messaging and email from my iPhone as well. I have many travel experiences from my previous jobs and visited Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia several times. Also visited India, Bahrain, United Kingdom, Denmark, China for business needs. I am very comfortable dealing with foreigners as I worked closely in a multicultural environment with colleagues from around 30 countries while I worked in the most renowned multinational Danish company, the world's biggest shipping line called A. P. Moller Maersk.
Vertilex Logistics Ltd. (a sister concern of FARR Ceramics Ltd.) is an agent of International cargo freight forwarding and port customs clearance along with cargo transportation services in Bangladesh based in Dhaka. Vertilex is enlisted for all import and export customs clearing of tableware ceramics manufacturing companies with the cooperation by BCMEA. Also enlisted in some garments manufacturing companies and garments buying offices.
* Receive and confirm shipping documents received are in compliance with requirements.
* Coordinate cargo availability and arrange pickup / delivery.
* Data entry into internal systems.
* Packaging and processing of orders including labeling.
* Checking packing lists, invoices and other necessary documentations.
* Produce shipping documents for domestic and international shipments.
* Distribute shipping documents as required.
* Assist monitoring and maintaining inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
* Coordinate with freight carriers and customs clearing agents as well as cargo transportation agents as needed.
* Determine method of shipment.
* Inspection of products to ensure they are not damaged, missing etc.
* Examine outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications.
* Compare identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against purchase orders, invoices, orders, or other records.
* Report and record any discrepancy, damaged items, shortages, broken or unidentified packages.
* Prepares all other documents as needed.
* Assist in training new employees on SOP and maintains ongoing training.
* Other responsibilities as directed by leadership.
Vertilex Trading Ltd. is an export oriented buying house of Ready-made garments based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The company has been successfully executing its mission by ensuring quality products and services as per clients' requirements.
Engaged in buyer communication and also supplier factory communication from buying order till shipment to customer including finance and bank functions.

The responsibilities include preparing reports/ assessment studies to various principals and Jardine Shipping's group head quarter (GHO) in Hong Kong.
Maersk Bangladesh Ltd. is a multinational company of the world's biggest shipping company Maersk Line of A.P. Moller - Maersk Group.
I worked as a Senior Executive in Account Receivable Finance, working capital management, customers revenue management with chasing renowned credit customers for outstanding realization.
I also worked in SAP implementation project with global team directed by Maersk Denmark (named as FACT project) as a Business Process Owner and Accounts Receivable functions Super User for the SAP Order to Cash Project for both Maersk Logistics (Damco) and Maersk Line with Bangladesh FACT team. Had several online trainings in Maersk Learning Center online and also on-site trainings and workshops and system integration testing in Maersk Training Center in Svendborg, Denmark in the year 2008 for Super User Training and also in Maersk India for SAP Live Site visit, Maersk Bahrain for System Integration Testing, Maersk Thailand for Liner BPO and Super User Training in the year 2009 and 2010 for Maersk Logistics and Maersk Line.
