- 1) Operation and Maintenance the SACMI Combo Filling line (Capacity -45000 BPH ), Tech-long ( CSD & Hot Fill) Blow Molding machine (Capacity -18000 BPH, BPH =28000 BPH),Injection Molding Machine (SACMI-IPS 220, Huayan & Unique), Compensation Molding Machine (SACMI -CCM 48), Shrink Blowing Machine
- 2) To prepare Production Planning and control
- 3) Prepares and reviews any and all production, safety and quality reports
- Develops action plans with team members as needed for problem resolution
- 4) Work and implements improvements for cost reduction, quality assurance and production
- 5) Directs and assists with developmental or experimental activities
- 6) Works with employees to get their input for problem resolution to production issues/efficiencies utilizing problem-solving tools and skills as needed
- 7) Reviewing Key Performance Indicators (Daily, Weekly and Monthly) to ensure facility is on track to meet overall departmental objectives
- 8) Meets with Planning and Operations team members to discuss production schedules and changes in the schedule that are needed
- Works with supervision to ensure vacancies are covered for vacations or any absences related to fulfilling production schedule requirements
- 9) Interfaces with customers and suppliers, Visits both as necessary
- 10) Implements proactive and corrective maintenance practices relating all production equipment
- This includes scheduling any production line maintenance (major or minor) as needed for location
- 11) Develops and ensures sites have an effective preventative maintenance program and they are adhering to it
- 12) Ensures plants are meeting the cycle time requirements to meet throughput objectives
- 13) Ensures employees are properly trained in all aspects of their jobs to include safety, quality and production
- 14) Makes decisions regarding work processes or operational plans and schedules in order to attain operational objectives
- 15) Work about Continuous Improvement using a Total Productive Maintenance Methodology
- 16)To monitoring & Control of raw materials stock to avoid low or over inventory for ultimately reducing cost
- 17) Apply new concepts in manufacturing plant to increase production quantity and better-quality production
- 18) Ensure safe and proper operation all machines
- 19) Performs other duties as assigned by Management
