Department of Transmission:
(NTTN/IIG/Telco/ 3rd Party Operators) Lead the Team and Planning and designing transmission networks. And ensuring network availability all over Bangladesh by wired (Fiber) and wireless (Radio). Coordinate with NTTN/ IIGs/Last mile vendors about pricing, Implementation, termination, shifting, and agreement. Coordinate with the Accounts and Finance team regarding vendors billing issues (NTTN, IIGS, Last mile vendors). Issuing work order .and maintains the documentations. Coordinate with last mile vendors (3rd party) regarding Network operation increase & business development. Managing outages, SLA, uptime, service availability, and root cause analysis with NTTN/IIG/Last mile Operators. Coordinate with NTTN/IIG/Last mile vendor regarding Network transmission topology change if any special case.
Department of Network Support:
Providing leadership to the network support team. Assigning tasks to each team and follow up on tasks, if any team are cannot complete the tasks. Then join with that’s team and complete the tasks. Ensuring customer support and service maintaining good relations with customers. Provide training and support to the team. Providing reports as required by management. To deal with customer support, Operations and NOC issues of the company effectively and efficiently. Supervise a 24x7 Network Operation Center’s (NOC) shift operations and personnel. Assign and manage the work load to shift personnel, as well as escalate resource constraints to Management. Oversee day to day NOC operations, escalations, ticketing and communications with all customers. Further develop process and procedures within the Operations and NOC. Update and maintain documentation associated with processes and procedures. Continuously improve and develop systems to proactively monitor the infrastructure we manage. Generate key reports for Management including but not limited to: system availability, service level agreements, and ticket resolution and customer issues.
