- Monitor Manufacturing KPIs (OEE, Yield %, Rejection %, MTBF), evaluate and analyze KPI elements to identify deviations, and take corrective actions.
- Key stakeholder in maintaining and improving factory OEE: Identify OEE losses, analyze the impact of different downtimes on OEE, and simulate different manufacturing plans to improve OEE.
- Analyze machine data from GSCA Machineries and visualize them in Power BI for better understanding and regular tracking down.
- Perform Annual Strategic Planning (ASP) to fix KPI targets for the next year.
- Coordinate Daily Management System (DMS): Prepare action plans for Production Team for Daily Direction Setting (DDS) and follow it up to track improvement.
- Break down Manufacturing KPIs into smaller elements and set up achievable targets for Production Teams to achieve the Annual KPI target.
- Maintain Power BI dashboards and improve reporting systems across the organization for better visibility of data. Key contact point for Power BI reporting.
- Perform Month End activities to justify variances between SAP and Physical consumptions.
- Coordinator for JTI's flagship INNOVATE project in Bangladesh factory.
- Train up team members on 5S3R and maintain 5S3R standards on the shop floor by doing regular audits.
