• Manage security technology systems, including access control, IP CCTV surveillance, guard tracking systems, and two-way radio communications, ensuring operational efficiency and integration with crisis response strategies
• Implement and enforce visitor screening, ID verification, and entry control protocols to prevent unauthorized access
• Serve as the primary liaison with the US Embassy RSO team, local police, and government security forces for intelligence sharing, high-profile event security planning, and crisis response coordination
• Manage security and safety budgets, ensuring cost-effective procurement of security technology, emergency response equipment, and personnel training resources
• Regularly review, audit, and enhance security and occupational health & safety programs, implementing corrective actions based on audit findings, incident reports, and evolving risk assessments to ensure a culture of continuous improvement
