• Nov 2015 – Oct 2017 (MCA, UK)Carried out several port state control inspections, ISM DOC and SMC audits, MLC inspection and ISPS verifications on UK flag ships.Completed successfully as a Lead surveyor and single point contact on behalf of MCA, new construction of an Offshore Supply Vessel at Damen Shipyard, The Netherlands. Approved all statutory plans, such as, Fire and Safety plan, Structural Fire Protection, crew accommodation etc. and reviewed all structural drawings approved by class BV. Surveyed the vessel as a flag state surveyor in compliance with UK and International regulations.Successfully completed new construction of a Chain Ferry at Pembrook Dockyard, UK. Approved Hull construction plans including frames, calculations of scantling, decks and bottom, Loading ramps, Machinery arrangement, Insulation plan, Fire and Safety plan, Bilge Ballast and Electrical system and NDT Plan.
• Jan 2015 – July 2015 (DNV GL)Carried out hull and statutory survey on a 9000 TEUs container vessel in compliance with class rules and statutory regulations at Hanjin Heavy Industries & Construction Co., Ltd. Philippines under Liberian flag.
• Sep 2009 – Jan 2012Carried out hull and statutory survey of 8 Nos Multi-purpose dry cargo ship constructed at Western Marine Shipyard Ltd., Chittagong, for German owner with class notation E3, DBC, DG, Equipped for Carriage of Containers, Strengthened for Heavy Cargo, which were delivered in series.Witnessed inclining experiment and lightship survey, reviewed the report before forwarded to head office for approval.
• Feb 2012-Sep 2015Successfully completed hull and statutory survey of 6 nos. oil tankers at Khan Brothers Shipbuilding Ltd. Bangladesh and 12 nos. oil tankers at Meghna Shipbuilders Ltd. Bangladesh.
