15. Provide strategic recommendations to the executive team for continuous operational improvements.

1. Work & Time Study

• Time measurement: Accurately measuring the time it takes to complete each specific task or operation in a factory with a stopwatch.
• Determining SAM : Determining the standard allowed minutes or SAM (Standard Allowed Minute) for each task.

2. Line Balancing & Planning

• Work balance : Equally distributing the workload among each operator on the production line, so that no one is left idle.
• Identified and eliminated bottlenecks in production line to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Layout Creation: Creating the correct machine layout or line layout for more production in less time.

3. Operation Bulletin (OB)

• Step layout: Before producing a new product, create a complete list or OB of the steps or operations that will be involved from start to finish.

4. Efficiency and Productivity Monitoring

• Set daily, weekly, and hourly production targets to drive performance and ensure alignment with operational goals.
• Efficiency calculation: Regularly calculate and evaluate the efficiency (Efficiency %) of workers and the entire line.

5. Waste Reduction & Costing

• Proper use of resources: Reducing waste through perfect coordination of man, machine, and method.
• Assisted in creating accurate cost analyses by evaluating manpower, time, and resource requirements for new orders.

6. Work Environment and Ergonomics (Ergonomics & Safety)

• Simple working methods : Designing simple working methods or method improvements so that employees can work quickly, safely and with less effort .
• Arranged seating and work areas to minimise physical strain and prevent accidents. : Setting employees' sitting postures or work tables in a way that reduces their physical fatigue and accidents
