1. Performed installations, technical support, troubleshooting and maintenance of network equipment, installed and upgraded software and hardware equipment, oversaw the management of subcontracted work, including working with upper levels of the subcontractor structure, and the creation of engineering design documents for the network on the base.

06. Diagnosing and fixing network problems and hardware or software faults
07. Maintaining inventories of hardware and software
08. Managing backups of servers, in case of data loss
09. Keeping a record of issues and faults along with solutions, for future reference.
Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
2. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
3. Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
4. Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
5. Replace parts as required
