Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Performed installations, technical support, troubleshooting and maintenance of network equipment, installed and upgraded software and hardware equipment, oversaw the management of subcontracted work, including working with upper levels of the subcontractor structure, and the creation of engineering design documents for the network on the base.

11. Maintenance & Configuration Pure IP Base Panasonic Pabx Machine.
12. Head Office to Factory OSPF & All Kinds of Tunnel Using Mikrotik Router.
13. Managed IP PABX, IP camera, File Server & Data Backup.
14. Follow-up Network & IT infrastructure Related Service Agreement.
15. Maintenance & Service Hardware Related Device.

Duties/Responsibilities:

01. Responding to technical support calls from end users of computers and software applications
02. Setting up and installing new computers, networks and software
03. Setting up user accounts and profiles on the network
04. Installing updates, known as patches, to software applications
05. Installing and configuring operating systems, anti-virus software and other applications such as Microsoft office
06. Diagnosing and fixing network problems and hardware or software faults
07. Maintaining inventories of hardware and software
08. Managing backups of servers, in case of data loss
09. Keeping a record of issues and faults along with solutions, for future reference.

Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
2. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
3. Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
4. Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
5. Replace parts as required
6. Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
7. Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
8. Support the roll-out of new applications
9. Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
10. Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs
11. Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
12. Prioritise and manage many open cases at one time
13. Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers
14. Test and evaluate new technology
15. Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment
